TCR has partnered with Rochester wellBEING to offer group fitness and training classes to TCR Members.
The current class offerings are:
Barre w/ Ashley
Small Group Training
Pilates w/ Melissa
In addition to group classes, personal training is also available.
2019 Fresh Start 50 Day Challenge
Looking for a fresh start in 2019? The trainers from wellBEING have you covered. Our 2019 New Years' 50 Day Fitness Challenge will help you get back on track and keep you moving in the right direction. Join wellBEING's staff on Saturday, January 5th at 1pm in our fitness center for the Day 1 kickoff event. During the kickoff you will complete a fitness assessment to help set up your 50 day plan! All fitness levels are welcome to join the 50 Day challenge.
Participants in the challenge will receive the following:
- Day 1 and Day 50 assessments with wellBEING's trainers
- (3) 30 minute personal training sessions
- Structured fitness plan to follow for 7 weeks
