About Dan Childs (Head Chef)

Dan has over 10 years of experience in area restaurants and is familiar with the TCR kitchen and club operations. Prior to joining TCR as Head Chef, Dan worked locally as Head Chef at Ferrari Pizza Bar, Chef de Cuisine at Max (Eastman Place), Brunch & Banquet Chef at Mario's, and Sous Chef at Coopergrass Bistro.  Dan has created a seasonal menu for our members and guests to enjoy.
