wellBEING at TCR

TCR has partnered with Rochester wellBEING to offer group fitness and training classes to TCR Members. Classes begin the week of September 17th.

The current class offerings are:

10:30-11:20am
Yogalates w/Marsha

Monday
5:30-6:30pm
Barre w/ Ashley

Wednesday
4:00-5:00pm
Small Group Training

Friday
9:45-10:45am
Pilates w/ Melissa

In addition to group classes, personal training is also available.
